Production & Delivery Times.

As a solo maker I do not hold huge amounts of stock. Most items are made to order.

According to current workload, from confirmation of your order please allow up to 15 working days to receive your purchase, within mainland UK.

Due to the nature of handmade work, your item may differ very slightly from the photograph shown, although all descriptions and photographs are fully intended to be as accurate as possible.

Earrings are non returnable due to health and hygiene considerations, unless supplied in a damaged or faulty condition, so please read the descriptions carefully for the style and size.

All orders £45 and above are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (UK only). I cannot accept any non delivered or loss liability for items that have been signed for or left in a safe place. 

Overseas orders are carrier dependant and as such, delivery times could well be longer than that of the specified UK delivery time set out above, although tracking options may be available.

Goods sent outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges and sometimes processing fees. This depends on your location. There may be taxes that apply to certain goods and/or their respective value. Each country has different charges and thresholds.
The recipient (i.e., the buyer) will be required to pay any costs prior to the parcel being released.
